Pickup: Free, No Minimum

Pickup is free with no minimum order amount, at either of these two addresses:

  Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Creamery · Sainte-Hélène-de-Chester · 3456, rue Principale, Sainte-Hélène-de-Chester, QC G0P 1H0
  Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Made-to-order platters can only be picked up at the Saint-Ferdinand shop.

Please note: the two locations are never open on the same days, except Thursday. Check the hours for your pickup location before heading over.

Home Delivery

Home delivery costs $25 and is available on orders of $100 or more. Delivery takes 2 business days. The cheese is vacuum-sealed. Platters cannot be delivered: they can only be picked up in Saint-Ferdinand.

Exact delivery area (Quebec, the rest of Canada, or the United States), the carrier used, and the refrigerated packaging method (dry ice, cold packs, cold-chain duration): to be confirmed with the fromagerie before launch. The vacuum-sealing described above applies to the CHEESE, not the refrigerated shipping packaging, which is still to be determined.

Damaged or Overheated Package

If your package arrives too warm or damaged, take a photo as soon as you receive it and let us know within 48 hours at (819) 382-2300. If the issue is due to a fromagerie error, you'll be refunded in full. Details: returns and refunds.
